Dunniwood Dreams - A Poem of Hope

After a challenging 18 months across the care sector, Jill our Activity Coordinator was in a poetic mood as she reflected on where we were and where we are going. Jill strolled into work with a poem she’d written for our residents and their families at Dunniwood Lodge. Her sentiment of hope and dreams is shared by not only those at Dunniwood but all across our homes.

It is safe to say that 2020/21 has been a challenge, but our teams across our homes have stayed strong, supported each other and taken every precaution to protect our residents whilst looking after their own physical and mental health. We look forward to more easing of restrictions within the care sector, only when it’s safe to do so, and to moving back to some sort of new normal.
